Quotes

Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever, it remembers the little things, long after you have forgotten everything.

To me, photography is an art of observation. Its about finding something interesting in an ordinary place. I have found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.

An artist is a dreamer consenting to dream of the actual world

Art enables us to loose ourselves and find ourselves at the same time

The real essence of a photograph is knowing where to stand.

The only two mistakes one can make on the road to developing talent is never beginning and never finishing

Art, like love, is what makes the world forever fresh and new. However, this revitalization cannot be said to be art's purpose. Art revitalizes precisely because it has no purpose. Except to engage our senses. The emancipating jounce of inspired uselessness.

Art is the only way to run away without ever leaving home

Painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt, and poetry is painting that is felt rather than seen. -Leonardo Da Vinci

Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.
